CERBA Annual International Construction Conference 2011 took place on November 29, 2011 and hosted about 200 delegates from Russia and Canada. The conference was organized in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

Over a hundred Russian construction sector leaders participated in a busy program of the conference dedicated to opportunities for Canadians in rapidly expanding construction markets in Russia and Eurasia. Canadian representatives of construction, building materials, architecture and design companies, chambers of commerce and building agencies attended. This full-day conference provided networking opportunities, one-on-one meeting programs, conference panels, specific roundtable sessions and discussion on such issues as:

- Overview of the construction markets
- Land Development
- Urban Planning and Architecture
- Civil Infrastructure - Roads, Bridges, Overpasses, Tunnels
- Building Products
